I have been working through the official Shopify docs and tutorials to help with learning to build Shopify apps. I just completed the tutorials to build an app and to add random pricing features.
The dev app is completed and works without issue when I use it in my development store, but only when I access via the desktop that I built the app on.
I wanted to explore mobile experiences so I tried accessing the app from a browser on an android smartphone. I also tried accessing the test app via the official Shopify admin app. As a 3rd control, I tried accessing the app via another desktop. In all of these cases, I authenticated myself into my development store that has the test app installed. In every case other than the original desktop, the app does not work.
Is there some form of limitation that applies to development stores so that only a single device can access apps on them? I am aware that the public facing dev store is password protected, however my issue applies to apps running inside the admin setup. Would appreciate any advice, thank you in advance!
