Getting USPS label refund (after package pickup, but package not mailed)

Hi guys,

Hopefully someone here has experienced this and can give some guidance.

Postman picked up a package but I later received email from customer that address was incorrect.

Now I have to go retrieve the package and get it relabeled.

Shopify will not let me void the label and get a refund, because it had been scanned as picked up.

Is there any way to get a refund on the unused incorrectly addressed label?
