How can I send a reminder email to customers that still have a pending gift card balance? Surely there must be a way to send it to boost retention?

Hey there, you’re right its a great way to boost retention. The other reply can work, but customers might miss the first reminder so I recommend a drip campaign reminding them of their balance.
