Order confirmation emails which were paid fully or partially with a gift card show a blank image for the gift card vs the symbol for a gift card. The confirmation emails show a missing image where the gift card symbol should be. (See examples attached for two orders). Both emails were opened in Microsoft Outlook and both were to Hotmail email addresses.
I have also attached copy of the order status page for each order, both of which show the credit card symbol under the payment details.
Why are the gift card symbols not coming through to the email confirmations?
