Gift Cards in Reformation Theme: Change Shopify's Gift Card Image to My Product Image at Checkout

I set up several electronic Gift cards with identifying images for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, etc. However, once customers purchase the Gift card, they receive the default Shopify Gift Card image in email instead of the product image. How can I change that?

I want the customer to receive the eGift card image they selected during checkout.

Gift card does not have image object to add in email

I was able to follow this KBA, but I think you will need to add code with the IF, Then statements

I can add static image URL, but cannot add dynamic URL

Well, I was able to do that. Let me think about which card I will use. That’s sad. It would be great for customers to get each type of card.
