Give User Access to Marketing page not working

Hello,

I am trying to give my marketing staff access to the marketing page through their user account. They showed me that when they try to access the marketing page via their user account, it shows a request access button and it tells them to email me. Meanwhile, on my admin end, the marketing page ticker box is ticked for them so they should have access…I tried checking it and unchecking it but alas, that did not work. Any help?

I’ve encountered the same issue before. Try having them log out, clear their cookies, and then log back in.

Solved: Turns out I had to give them access to sales channels and apps which was not very clear.
