Glitchy checkout - "continue to shipping" failure

A marketing/funnel vendor I’ve been chatting with sent me a video of him trying to go through checkout, link below. What it shows is “continue to shipping” fails to advance the user to the shipping page. The store is running on @debutify . I’m unable to replicate this issue but it is impossible to know how this could be impacting my store sales.

I’ve asked the vendor what browser they’re using. What can be done to troubleshoot and fix this?

Vendor is using the lastest version of Chrome. @debutify any ideas?

Hard to say, as this is likely a local-ended issue, especially given that you’re unable to replicate it. The user has an extensive amount of extensions enabled for their browser based on the video you’ve provided.

Have them try Google Chrome Incognito mode (with no extensions enabled), or another browser, if they can’t replicate it using either of those methods, then it’s likely an extension issue and/or caching issue.

With that, their device may show the “latest” version of Chrome, however; that may not be accurate if they are on an outdated OS. They will want to check to ensure they are on the latest OS as well.
