I’m building my store and facing issues

apps like Globo personalisation just don’t show up. It’s toggled on fine/ backend works fine but actual app is nowhere to be seen

there’s a ‘Allow 3rd party cookies’ prompt in the customiser but when I click thru, the cookie pop up isn’t clickable?!
Please can anyone help?
