I installed GLO Color Swatches and so far customer care isn’t being helpful, I can’t even reach them. Any suggestions on what I’m doing wrong is appreciated. Ty

On another note, I have it set to only showing swatches when more than 1 color option is available, but as you see on the first link - they’re showing anyway.

So far all around I’m having bad luck with this app but I really want it to work.

Never used the app before, so I couldn’t even guess at what could be going wrong. If their customer support team can’t help you, then it’ll be unlikely someone on the forums can.

However, I’d recommend ditching the app and purchasing a theme that has colour swatches built into it:
