Global-E vs Shopify Markets: Which is better for international commerce?

Hi folks,

I am building a site for client and need to set up international commerce settings. Just curious, anyone use Global-E before instead of built-in Shopify Markets? And what’s the pros and cons between these two?

Hi Morrischen!

To my understanding most global-e functionalities are available as standard or through a few plugins - at a fraction of the cost. Logistics can be easily configured, efficient language solutions are available and extensive compliance solution (with reduced VAT rates) like our EAS Solutions will handle whole regions (EU in our case with UK, CH and NO to follow next month).
