My website has all the updated policies and contact details, yet it got suspended for “Misrepresentation”. It happened the 2nd time. What should I do now? How to contact Google?

There is no way to contact Google, if you want to know what exactly your issues are. Because Google will not share this information.
You might ask, why. Well, since 2020, there have been a lot of bad actors, and so Google has introduced stricter rules, and a no-sharing info policy.
This means honest merchants will have a harder time getting approved.
So what i do for my clients is resolve every possible reason.

Another point: Here’s our setup and business model:
- Shopify store selling overstock and open-box items
- We resell products across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart
- Products are sourced legally from suppliers and liquidators
- All items are genuine, but not always in brand-new retail packaging - we usually mention the product condition on the product page.
I still need help with:
- Is there anything specific Google requires for resellers of open-box/overstock items?
- Do I need to add condition transparency beyond “New / Used / Open Box”?
- Does Shopify have any known triggers (e.g., missing contact info in the footer vs. the contact page only)?

If you don’t see it, then you don’t need to do it.
If the items are not in the original packaging, then you can not sell the items as new in Google Merchant Center, you will need to tag the condition with the value used.
Every merchant is different, so what the issues are on one website / business will not be the same for another.
Most of our products come in new condition with the original packaging. If we have any refurbished or open-box items, we clearly disclose the condition and details in the product listing.
I also want to clarify something about our product data:
We use SellerChamp as our central inventory and listing tool across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. SellerChamp automatically pulls product titles and descriptions from its database; we do not manually write the content ourselves.
Because of that, my question is:
Suppose the product descriptions generated by SellerChamp match those of other sellers using the same data source. Could this cause issues with Google Merchant Center, such as misrepresentation or duplicate content?
Google does favor original good quality content.
If there are too many merchants with the same content, this in combination with other issues can lower your quality and be a cause for suspension, yes.
