GMC Account suspended due to policy violation: Broken landing page

Hii Friends,

I have set up Google Merchant Center account for this store https://www.zenhairshop.com/

But the GMC account has been suspended with the following message ( Account suspended due to policy violation: Broken landing page)

Waiting for valuable suggestions.

I do not see anything specific with regards to broken pages.

However, I do see other issues, such as mixed languages. Make sure you either have everything in English or everything in Arabic.

Check which pages Google has flagged as broken. Maybe there is broken content on the page.

Also make sure you add a shipping policy in the checkout.

Products have been disapproved and it’s showing

(You need to add a gtin or mpn)

But My products don’t have a gtin or mpn. What should I do?

If you are using the free app, you need to set the products as custom in the Google app, by changing it to true.

If you are using a different app, contact the app support team to guide you.
