- I have used the Easy GTIN/UPC Sync for Google Shopify app and run the synced. It looks like all the Products related issue have been fixed in GMC’s Products-Diagnostics: no more Items issues, Feed issues and no Account issues.
However, in GMC’s Marketing - Product reviews page, all the Review still showing “Needs review” Status and almost all of them shows “Missing or invalid product_id” “Add a valid GTIN, Brand+MPN to your product_id”.
We always have valid GTIN (I double check on gs1.org) and make sure them fill into the Shopify barcode box as always do.
In the Products - Feeds section, it shows there are 2 Feed name under our account:

Local Feed Partnership
I have no idea who set up these 2 feeds before (someone before I join the company) and not sure what are they and why there are two feeds there. Will the 2 feeds may the reason of cause this Product_id error?
Can someone help us to resolve this error please.
