GMC Suspension - Website or online store needs improvement

Hello,

I’ve gone through several posts about similar issues and am hoping someone with experience could help us out by reviewing our site: https://prime-picks.co.za/

Our products are all approved in Google Merchant Center, but after running ads for a few days, our account was suspended with the message “Website or online store needs improvement.” I reviewed Google’s checklist thoroughly and made every necessary adjustment I could find.

After submitting our account for review again, the suspension was reinstated. I’ve reached out to Google’s support but haven’t received a response yet. All images, text, and content are original, and I’ve ensured our contact details are placed in the footer of every page.

Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

I recommend disabling the animation on your add to cart button.

As this is just a quick view, I don’t see much of an issue, so I recommend having a look at the policies and guides below to find more issues:

Hi Emmanuel,

Thanks a lot for your response, it’s greatly appreciated! Rest of the site seems all good to you?
I have my details on every possible page etc. I have gone through all your responses on previous threads and none of those are applicable to me (ie. watermakrs on images, Shopify url etc)

Would you recon only the animation on the add to cart button?

Thanks again!

Please note, I did not go deep to check every possible issue, just a quick scan. As you can imagine, checking a business for issues, is a big task.

Because the issue is website needs improvements, it’s possible Google does not like animated add to cart buttons.

Thanks again Emmanuel, I have switched that off. I have reached out to their support VIA email instead of the appeal button. Will await their further feedback. Hopefully this does the trick.
