Hello Community,
I recently initiated a domain transfer from GoDaddy to Shopify on March 11th, I believe. Prior to the transfer, I updated the A and CNAME records in GoDaddy as required, verified the connecting domain, and then initiated my domain transfer. For about ten days, the transfer progress indicated “setup in progress,” but today I received an additional notification stating “attention needed.” I’m concerned because when I checked my GoDaddy account, my domain is no longer showing up.
I’ve attached two screenshot for reference. Can someone please advise me on what steps to take next? If possible, could you provide a step-by-step process to address this issue?
