Gokwik order isn't showing in the **Online Store Conversion** widget stats in the analytics

Go Kwik: Our company uses a third-party checkout system named “Go Kwik” for their COD & phone number verification features. it is connected with our store with custom app API integration.

The checkout from their checkout popup/page is not getting added in the analytics > “Online Store Conversions”.

Please advise what the cause of that is & how to fix it.

Were you able to find anything on this, in case you got in touch with gokwik? Gokwik seems to skip shopify’s checkout process altogether? breaks attribution for other apps with however they’re doing things.
