My email is wrong in your system and you are sending the email confirmation to the wrong email. Anyone from Shopify who can help me please.
Payment also to hire a PLAN I can’t process.

You mentioned that your email is wrong in our system and we are sending email confirmations to the incorrect email.
We are unable to authenticate or provide account-specific support via our community forums, so you’ll need to submit a support request through the Shopify Help Center. Since you are unable to pre or pin authenticate, you can use our email option and provide your .myshopify.com URL in the email.
To help speed up the process, I’ll share the steps below to create a support request. We understand how important this is to have this resolved so you can log in to your store and resume business as usual.
How to contact Shopify Support:
- Navigate to the Shopify Help Center and click Continue without logging in
- Select Account from the topics provided
- Select Logging in from the subtopics displayed
- Scroll down to Get Support and select Email us
