The key problem is that we cant enter our shop, due to some technical reasons. We dont have access to our shop, and it seems to be that we are blocked right now. Can you help us please with this situation?
I think it should be that your store has illegal products and was closed by shopify.

You mentioned partners in the topic - are you a Merchant, or a Shopify Partner? Also, are you the Account Owner for this store?
You may have received an email from us containing information about this situation. I would advise you to check your inbox for this, and reply directly to the email if the information is unclear or if you have questions. Checking the spam/junk filters will be a good idea too, just in case the email ended up there.
