Hi there,

Could anyone please review my online store (we have a 2 physical stores aswell), SA Liquidation Centre (https://saliquidation.com/), and help me identify any and all problems that might be causing the misrepresentation issue? I have fixed other issues with products (about 30) where it was thing like image too small etc. There have been other policy issues which we fixed aswell I have requested 2 reviews thus far and neither has worked.

The only “problem” I can think of is that our shopify and ad sense account uses different emails. so maybe thats it? Please any advice would be apreciated

You are telling me you are facing two problems that don’t work.

Here are some suggestions to enhance your store:

NOTE: According to your multi niche products, I think your store design is not good and you are not following a conversion optimized product page. Your product page is just simple as usual, not following the Bundle, Upsell, and Downsell feature for High Conversion and the Home page — there are not enough sections to represent your brand.

  1. Optimized your branding and the Product thumbnail design.

  2. Optimize your Product description with SEO. SEO ! important

  1. Make your product page using conversion optimization(CRO). If your product page and the Home page do not represent the whole brand, it’s not getting sales.

Product is more important than the other page. You can use the Bundle, upsell, and downsell features on your product page, so it will increase your overall Conversion rate, AOV and LTV

    I noticed you offer 16 types of products, but the collection headings, thumbnail, aren’t standing out, and the layout feels a bit fragmented.

5. Tell your brand story and Add Instagram Feed

  • How you craft your products

  1. Your marketing across the top mediums, which are SEO and social medi, has to be top notch with the right content and strategies. You may also need to expend some extra resources if required like getting paid ads on Meta and TikTok.
