Google Ads Conversion Tracking still says Unverified

I followed a tutorial on YT it was on google ads I made a campaign and I launched it, I didn’t install the global site tag or the event snippet since the video didn’t say. Until I watched other tutorials and I pasted the global tag in the theme.liquid and the event snippet in the checkout section. I installed tag assistant and I only saw the global site tag was active and not the google ads conversion tracking, so I left for two days and nothing. I even deleted the global site tag and the event snippet and pasted it again I did a test purchase and nothing. The google ads conversion tracking doesn’t show up only the global site tag, in my dashboard in google ads it says tracking status “unverified”. It been about a week since I did all this. Is there anything that I can do?
