Google Ads says "Make sure you don't miss any conversions by fixing your global site tag issues"?

Hi everybody,

Today I receive this notification in my Google Ads Account:

“Make sure you don’t miss any conversions by fixing your global site tag issues”

I make sure set up this tag in “theme.liquid” and snippet in “Settings > Checkout”

And I have run Google Ads Account for long time and check “Tracking Status”. Everything is ok.

Please help me solve this issue from Google Ads Notification.

Google tag manager can not be used on the default plan of shopify.
