Google Analytics for Embedded app not working properly

We recently embedded our admin in Shopify but now our admin’s Google Analytics data looks very strange. For e,g. Google Analytics now says we have 30% users from what we had before switching to Embed mode.

Did anyone else encountered issues with this? Does Google Analytics require some special config for running in an iFrame? Thanks!

The problem is with the sameSite cookie flag.
