Hi,
we have the problem that we implemented the google analytics code into the backend in all relevant sections.
But for a few weeks we have the problem that no ecommerce date will come into the system. Maybe some other apps will blocked it, we installed for example Afterbuy and maybe this app influenced it negatively.
We see users etc. but no relevant revenue. E-Commerce Tracking in analytics is activated. We tried to solve the problem but also the shopify support can not help us. So my questions: do anyone had a similar problem and solved it? Are problems with external apps known? All standard steps are done and nothing solved it. I`m happy for any ideas or suggestions which can help us.
