I submitted my XML sitemap to google a few days ago. Today when I checked there was a sitemap that could not be fetched. Now sure why this is?

Also any reason why the sitemaps have the weird IDs after XML?

It can take Google some time to process a newly submitted sitemap. Sometimes waiting a day or two is enough for it to be recognized.
Double-check that you submitted the exact URL in GSC. Ensure there are no typos or extra spaces.
Contact Shopify Support. They can help you determine if there’s an issue with how Shopify is generating your sitemap.
