Google Channel - Add a refund policy and terms of service

Hi everyone,

recently I’ve installed “Google Channel” in order to place my product to Google Shopping.
I’ve followed every steps on “Store Requirements” including add refund policy and terms of service into my footer.

Unfortunately even after created & attached 2 of this policies into my footer it still not approve.

Is it require time to allow google sync up or I shall add these policies else where other than footer.

Delete the google channel and re add it back, just did it and it worked for me.

Simply contact Shopify support, they will fix this.

I know this is old but just in case anyone else runs into this issue, support let me know that Refund and Terms of Service content should be added in Settings > Policies as well. This is where the App looks for that information at.
