Hello everyone.
My GMC account was suspended for Misrepresentation, and I found that I have two GMC accounts on my website. One was built by myself. And another maybe come from the Google Channel app on Shopify, but I didn’t finish the setup process, and then I removed this app. I have emailed Shopify support to delete this GMC account for me, but they reply that it should be me to login into Google Merchant Center to delete it by myself because I have removed the app before so they don’t have permission for any action. I have tried to switch the account but failed because another account was not built by me. Has anyone ever been in the same situation as me? What to do next?
