I have the Google app/channel but it’s pulling data from my product because Google says that ISBN is wrong. It’s correct, a 13 digit number (with hyphens). I can’t seem to fix this. Did anyone have this error?
barcodes when entering needs to numeric only. Remove all hyphens.
So in the product page, where it says Inventory, put the ISBN number in the box with no hyphens? Will the ISBN still show up correctly elsewhere?
Simply add numeric values only to the barcode field in Shopify > Products > click on your product
If you don’t want to do that, you need to setup advanced rules in Google Merchant Center, to strip out the hypens, this requires knowledge of regular expressions.
