Google displaying incorrect JSON-LD / rich snippet data! :(

So I was recently messing around Google, and decided to do a search for some of my products to see how they appeared within the search results. I noticed that the star ratings/amount of reviews/ and pricing info data all show up correctly in the search results. However, Google is showing that all of my products are “out of stock” when that is not true!

I cannot figure out where this info is being pulled from - my theme, an app, or within Shopify settings somewhere… All of my products are available of purchase at this moment on any of the product pages on my site. I dont know if it is of importance, but I’m not using Shopify’s inventory tracking feature on my site as all my products are custom and made to order. Im attaching a screenshot of the search results so you can see what it looks like. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks, Matt

Hi @gratefulglass ,

I have checked and the schema structure of the theme is correct, so the error may be caused by Adolab app. I recommend you contact them, they will help you check and fix it quickly.

Hope it helps!

Thanks! Yep, I have already reached out to Adriana @ Adolab. She doesnt seem to think it’s her app, but she has been helping me to diagnose the issue. I also sent an email out to OOTSB theme support as it may be a theme/liquid issue. Hoping this gets resolved asap!! :crossed_fingers:

Hi @gratefulglass ,

I still think it might be due to the app. Hope it helps!

If it helped you solve your issue, please mark it as a solution. Thank you and good luck.
