Google error "missing field url" for logo

Hello,

I am trying to get my webpage to rank on google, and I put it through Google search console and was met with this error:

Missing field “URL” when I click on the error it brings me to logos page …

and when I click on the examples, it shows me in red highlighter

Whats wrong with it? Why am I erroring? Does this affect my ranking on google? Please help.

Btw my website is BetweenTwoSeas.co.uk & I am using the Boundless theme

no need to worry here. This little error won´t have big impact on your SEO ranking.

The error says that Google requires the url property for an organization item. Typically the value would be the URL of your homepage.

Here is one way to fix it:

I have similar issue than above but the coding is a little bit different using a theme template, and the company providing the template are not really helpfull.

I have the same error for logo (see Structured Data Testing Tool Result page: https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/#url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.vaniye.com%2Fcollections%2Fbirthday-cakes-auckland%2Fproducts%2Fbirtday-cake-vincent) but struggle to change the following logo.liquid code (see attached screen shoots).

1. I have changed href=“/” with href=“{{shop.ulr}}” but the error still there.
2. I have added url=“{{ shop.url }}” in the image class but it does not have any impact

Do you have any idea?

Hi - did anyone get this solved? We have had an error on our website www.luneliving.com saying ‘missing field URL’ for our logo on 7 pages. I’m not sure how to fix this.
