Under the google sales channel I have turned automatic sync for shipping settings and it looks that it is working as it should.
Google has sent an email that the merchant account will be suspended because there are a number of products that have a shipping cost on the website that is higher than on the google account.
From my understanding, all of the general shipping rates are transferred but not the custom rates, it is the custom rates that are causing the problem.
Is there a solution for this? Do I have to turn off the automatic rate sync and set up shipping rates on the google merchant account?
