google keeps redirecting me to the same google log in and whatever search engine, device, app or internet connection. whether its wifi or mobile data it keeps me in the same loop of redirecting and i have cleared the cache and removed the cookies and deleted the data and still the same thing pops up.

To further investigate, I recommend trying to login your account using this link through an incognito tab in your browser. Additionally, you can try using the Shopify mobile app available for both Apple and Android devices.

I understand that you have tried logging in on multiple devices, browsers, and through the mobile app, but you are still being redirected to login via Google. This issue can occur if you initially set up your account using Google login and have not set up a password. To resolve this, please follow these steps:
Reset your password by following the steps provided in this link.
Once you have reset your password, log in to your store using your email address.
Once you are logged in to your store, you can disconnect the Google Account from your store by clicking on your name in the top right corner and selecting “Manage Account.”
Scroll down to the “Login service” section and you should see the option to disconnect the Google Account.

Hey, @Mac_2 isn’t there other solution to this problem? I have tried all of your steps but the page stocks to the login page and from there it keeps redirecting to google and back same loop.
Was going through the same loop and found a fix that worked for me:
When I initially set up my store I used my personal email to log in. Later, I changed the email to my store’s email. When trying to log in I used my personal email and it worked. Then I changed the email linked to my google account from my personal email to my store’s email. Not sure if you used two different emails while creating your store, but that was the case for me.
I had this issue. If you logged in with google once, and changed your email since, you need to disconnect your old email on google through shopify.
On shopify, go to manage account.
In “Login service”, click disconnect. (it should have said Connected to “your old email address”)
Everything should work now.
