Google Merchant Account Issue - "Misrepresentation"

Hello, I’ve been having trouble getting my product approved in Google Merchant Center. I created a Shopify website to sell through. I have added all the necessary policies to the website including about us, contact, shipping and returns, privacy policy, terms of service, but I must be missing something. What’s annoying is there’s two different websites reselling my product and they’re approved on Google Merchant, they buy my product in bulk on amazon then add it to their e-commerce website for a premium. If anyone can give me tips or help to get approved it would be much appreciated. I’m considering paying for a 3rd party service if I can’t get this resolved.

Here is the link to the website:

Thank you!

Comparing to other merchants does not mean much. You don’t know what they are doing, for all you know, they may soon get suspended, assuming they are in violation.

To be compliant, you need to look at your own website, vs the policies and industry standards, and trust signals.

For example, my bitdefender is giving me a warning for your website.

For example, selling supplements has very strict policies, where you are not allowed to make claims or statements, which you do.

Missing business details in the footer.

Don’t use @gmail.com instead use an email that matches the domain name.

Missing contact form on the contact page.

I have not looked at everything, as it is a big task. So these are just examples.
