Hello!
I cleared all the errors I had previously on my account, and my test product is active and does not have errors. The one thing still left is that my account is not eligible for enhanced listings. The only information regarding the account that I could find in the GMC documentation says this: “Your account may be ineligible because we don’t have sufficient signals to enroll your account.”
This is very vague. I will do whatever is needed but I don’t know where to start.
Thanks!
Hello CoolCat!
Google did not give clear reason to any one regarding disapproval of enhanced listing Eligibility however we have check of list of more than 50 points that we analyze and audit then make changes according to it then able to get Eligibility for Enhanced listing.
If you are interested can reach out to us
Thanks,

I have a full list of requirements that you can check if there is anything you overlooked: https://feedarmy.com/kb/requirements-for-enhanced-listings-on-surfaces-across-google/
And some info below:
If you are not eligible, you need to work on your trust factor. Here is the official documentation: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/9668403
And below what I recommend you check.
a) Add product identifiers :

https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324482
https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324478
b) Link to 3rd party platforms
In Google Merchant Center go to the top right corner > wrench icon > linked accounts > click on platforms > click on the blue plus button
c) Link Google My Business
In Google Merchant Center go to the top right corner > wrench icon > linked accounts > click on Google My Business > click on the blue plus button
d) Add Business Information
In Google Merchant Center go to the top right corner > wrench icon > business information > about your business
e) Add website contact details
Make sure to add a telephone number, business address, email address and a contact form on a contact page.
f) Business registration
Make sure your business is officially registered in your country.
g) Reviews
Make sure to collect a lot of reviews
h) Policy flags
Make sure you are in good standing and all policy flags are cleared. You can find these under Products > Diagnostics
Thank you! I will look into all of these.
I also read that enhanced listings only apply for items with variants such as clothing and accessories so I have a feeling it was because my feed currently only has mugs.
While not all products are eligible, most are. So nonapparel products are accepted for enhanced listings.
Oh, thanks for letting me know.
