Google Merchant Center ID - Can't add, only create

Hello,
I can’t add a new Google Merchant Center ID I created on Google (the old admin left, then it was abandoned for a year, and we do not have the login info). So, I’m in the slash-and-burn phase.

I can only click “create new,” but I already have one; the box is greyed out. How do I add an existing ID?

I figured it out. Chrome kept switching my profile and I copied over the wrong ID.
