When I transfer my products to Google Market, I get a language error.
Google has a German language, but my website contains English content.
Do you think there is a problem during the establishment phase? My website is in English, Google Market is in German

If you are using Google & Youtube app, this app can only support 1 language. So when you setup the settings in your app, make sure to choose the correct country.
Go to the app > settings > manage the settings for the target country.
If you want to target other countries, in Google Merchant Center, then I recommend you use an app such as: https://apps.shopify.com/multiple-google-shopping-feeds
Unfortunately the PROBLEM persists

If you are using the multi app, make sure you disabled Google & Youtube.
