If you are using Google & Youtube app, this app can only support 1 language. So when you setup the settings in your app, make sure to choose the correct country.

Go to the app > settings > manage the settings for the target country.

If you want to target other countries, in Google Merchant Center, then I recommend you use an app such as: https://apps.shopify.com/multiple-google-shopping-feeds
