My merchant center has been suspended for Misrepresentation, I’ve made every effort to ensure that my account comply with shopping ads policies. However, Google Support says i should provide photos ID of myself and business documents.

I uploaded my Drivers licence and UTR letter that I received from HMRC on several occasions. Google Support says they couldn’t process the information that I submitted and my products remain unapproved. Google suggested tips on submitting my documents as follows:Capture the entire document including all four corners .

Your image must be readable, in focus, and free of reflection and glare.

Incomplete or obscured documents and dark or blurry photos won’t be accepted

Uploading documents or photos other that what is requested may result in account suspension.

I have followed the tips and suggestions and each time I update and resubmitted I got the same result.

I am a self-employed operating as a sole trader, I don’t know what to do. The Misrepresentation means no business. This seems like a nightmare!

I would like some assistance/ suggestion in rectifying this issue please. See business below

I didn’t notice any option for business or individuals, I was directed to a form to fill out and upload my documents to. I will definitely check this out.
