Google Merchant Center Misrepresentation

I’m looking for some guidance regarding a misrepresentation issue I’ve been facing on our Shopify store (bayte.com) for the past seven months. Despite making several adjustments and providing documentation, our account was denied again, and I’m unsure of the next steps, maybe there is something that I am not seeing.
