Google merchant center suspended - Misrepresentation Policy violated

Topic summary

A Google Merchant Center account for yog4lyf.store has been suspended for over 2 weeks due to misrepresentation policy violations. Despite multiple attempted fixes, all reviews are rejected and the account remains suspended.

Key Issues:

  • All products show as disapproved, but the list of products needing fixes appears empty when accessed
  • The same email is linked to both the GMC account and a separate Google Business Profile for a different business

Potential Causes:

  • Google typically allows only one business per merchant account; multiple businesses/websites/accounts associated with one email may trigger suspension
  • Missing stock availability indicators on product landing pages could be a factor

Current Status:
The discussion remains open with the store owner seeking guidance. One responder provided extensive Google support documentation links covering merchant center guidelines, policies, and troubleshooting resources. The issue is unresolved, and the owner is running out of ideas for next steps.

Hello

Our store is https://yog4lyf.store

It has been flagged for violating the misrepresentation policy for over 2 weeks now. We have tried to make various changes complying to the misrepresentation policy but our reviews keeps on getting rejected and currently the account is in a suspended state.

Inside the GMC, it says all your products are disapproved and once we click on “fix it” button, it takes us to the misrepresentation policy page.

Surprisingly, the list that shows the products which needs to be fixed is empty.

We are currently running out of ideas on what to do next?

I also have one more doubt, The email id that is associated with the GMC is also associated with the google business profile which is a different business. So, my doubt is could this have an impact on suspension as well?

Any help would be deeply appreciated.

Generally Google allows only 1 business per mechant, having multiple businesses / websites / accounts can all be a reason for suspension.

Make sure to show if the item is in stock or out of stock on the product landing page.

@mathew_a What I don’t understand is that you want to help sort this out, but your reply is A-I generated. How have you established the accuracy of your reply? For example, the original poster already shared the website, but you are asking the person to add shipping, returns, pricacy and terms.

This is unfortunately the down side of replying with A-I, might I suggest to fact check replies if you want to genuinely guide the original poster.
