Google Merchant Center "Website needs improvement"

Hello everyone. I’m becoming increasingly frustrated with Google Merchant Center.

I’ve tried to get my website (www.nordworth.com) approved, but the first 3 reviews of my website (which were performed by Google’s “system” or bots) concluded, incorrectly, that my domain was “parked” or that my website contained no products.

I explained to their chat support that it did contain products and was not parked. The 4th review was then a manual review by a human (I believe), and again my account was suspended, but now they changed the reasoning to “Website needs improvement” with barely any details:

“Make sure your website is working correctly and tailored to your company and your products. Remove all placeholder images, examples, broken links and generic text.”

But I don’t have any placeholder images, examples, or broken links. I don’t know if my text is generic, and I don’t know how my website could be more tailored/specific to my company and my products. Currently, I’m just selling general goods without a niche, like so many other stores are doing.

Is anyone here able to offer any guidance? Again, my website is www.nordworth.com.

Many thanks in advance

Sounds to me like they are saying the variety of your product offering is similar to that of a Shopify store that imports sample product data and isn’t related to the content of your site.

Google treats any site related to health under much higher scrutiny than other sites (YMYL - Your Money Or Your Life) so I would highly suggest taking all references to improving peoples health (or even the word health) from your website.

Change the H2 header on your home page “Affordable upgrades. For you, your health, and your home.” to something that indicates why your products would vary i.e. Unique, Quality Products at Budget-Friendly Prices

Pro Tip: Never ask for a review, if you have not resolved or improved anything. Too many review requests and support will most likely stop.

I recommend you have a look here: https://community.shopify.com/post/1086444

I recommend you add your business address. make your email clickable on the contact page.

Add all your business details in the footer of all pages

Make sure to show if an item is in stock or out of stock

I also recommend you have some original content, don’t copy paste purely from other websites / provider.
