I’ve read through previous posts about this issue and would like to see if anyone that has experience with this issue could take a look at our site - (www.sidekickcamera.com)
All of our products are approved in Merchant Center, but after running ads for a few days our account was suspended with the notice “Website or online store needs improvement.” I went through their generic checklist and fixed every single thing that I could find.
I submitted our account for review and got the suspension again. I’ve reached out to their support, but have not heard back from them. All of the images, text, etc. are our own and I made sure to put our contact information on the footer of all pages.

Your shipping page is incomplete, for example missing shipping price.
Product landing page is missing the availability status (in stock / out of stock)

After looking at your account, I can see that your store needs a proper terms and conditions page, which is against Google’s policies. Also, some of the other reasons are listed by other suggestions. Once you correct the shipping and the policy pages, raise a review with Google.

Terms of service is the same as Terms and Conditions.

That is not a reason for suspension.
