I have a few simple questions…
When is Shopify store owner comes onto this forum with an Issue, aside from telling them the information that can be found easily on Google (which is as helpful as the chocolate teapot)…
What do you actually know??
Could you actively guide someone through the process step by step??
Could you easily identify their issues??
There is a lot of generic information to be found about this topic, but the nuances of each individual store and every individual stores creative ideas don’t conform to Generic information. They need something more than Information that generically does not identify the root cause of their issues.
My store faced this issue and no amount of generic information resolved it. I was forced into a scenario where my options were to pay someone to figure this out or to do it myself… so I got my big boy pants on and I did it myself… eventually.
There were things that I was told that made me feel like I had made a huge mistake opening a Shopify store And I’m sure this is not what Shopify wants to hear. Every store owner needs to know that someone has got their back and that there is support out there more than just generically quoted information.
Getting it right cost me a few things… money, time, sleep, quality of life… but I’m now in a position where if this ever happened to me again I could immediately resolve it… and this should be the case for every store owner. we should be helping stores avoid suspension and become Google trusted sellers. by doing this we improve online sellers reputations and trust in the community, this in turn improves revenue for everyone who sells online
I encourage anyone who has an opinion to comment. This is about being helpful. this should be the community that every Shopify store owner comes to because they know the people here have been there before themselves
