I’m having some issues with my GMC suspension. I think I’ve fixed everything, but there’s just no button to request a review. I’ve never submitted a request before. The only thing i have done was identity verification (I never received an email or anything like that that it worked). I previously tried to fix the online store improvement, but it says I need to fix misrepresentation first. I’ve tried contacting GMC support about 10 times, but I always get the same useless AI response. Does anyone here have any idea what I should do?

is there a tab, where i can check the identify verification? My verification was on 20th March. After that all the buttons disappeared until today like in the screenshot
But when does the cooldown start? i have never done a request for misrepentation because it is just not possilble. Should i try again a request for the onlineshop improvement?
The cooldown starts after you have requested a review. If you have never requested a review, then it’s possible you have a permanent ban. As I don’t know your account history, I can not give you accurate feedback.
I don’t know how or what you mean by request for the onlineshop improvement. Does not seem to be related to requesting a review for suspensions.
