I’m having some issues with my GMC suspension. I think I’ve fixed everything, but there’s just no button to request a review. I’ve never submitted a request before. The only thing i have done was identity verification (I never received an email or anything like that that it worked). I previously tried to fix the online store improvement, but it says I need to fix misrepresentation first. I’ve tried contacting GMC support about 10 times, but I always get the same useless AI response. Does anyone here have any idea what I should do?

It could be that you are in a cooldown period, usually it is 7 days, then 14, then longer.

You do have a very limited amount of reviews you can request, if you have requested too many times, you are banned forever, so double check that you have resolved all potential suspension reasons from the get go, don’t do just a few things.

But when does the cooldown start? i have never done a request for misrepentation because it is just not possilble. Should i try again a request for the onlineshop improvement?
