Hey All! So our store is on it’s final attempt for the Misrepresentation issue we can’t get away from. I believe we have fully covered our tracks but I really don’t want to have it fail. Is there any glaring issues that anyone can see? EVERYTHING on the Merchant store side is good, If anything it should be on the Shopify storefront that there could be issues… But I honestly don’t know.

I recommend for now removing your popup for the newsletter.
Remove the, xx in xx bought xx popup, these are ususally fake. Google does not like faking data, even if its real as this behavior is namely used by faking sales, I recommend removing it.
Make sure what you sell is in stock in it’s finished form, not a print on demand business.
Your missing a lot of very important things in the footer, such as privacy policy, terms and conditions, returns policy, shipping policy, contact link, payment icons, etc.
