Hello! We have encountered a recurring issue with our Merchant Center due to Misrepresentation.
We have been trying to address this problem for several months now. We have rewritten our return and exchange policies, updated our shipping methods, added new payment options, cross-checked all the information in the Merchant Center, on our website, and within Shopify itself. We even changed our products, but we still face account suspensions.
We have reached out to various experts, but they have also been unable to identify the problem. The only thing we’ve learned is that we are not the only ones facing this issue.
