Hi All. Really at my end of the road with this project I must admit.
I have created a Shopify site and submitted to google merchant maybe September 2025, misrepresentation straight away.
Fast forward until now and I cannot for the life of me get this across the line, I have tried so many things and employed many people and experts. I have even redone my entire website.
I keep thinking that there must be either a fundamental issue or a really obvious answer somewhere.
I really am at the end of the road and can’t go on much longer.
Using compliance scanners are not good enough. You need to physically look at the policies and know what the issues are. Because you only have 3 requests for review, before you are permanently suspended.
So don’t rely on AI, we all know they are not perfect, and with such a high risk of getting a perma ban, it’s very important to check everything.
For example there are multiple websites at the same exact address, ie Solmha This will cause Google to think one or the other business is not real. If they are separated by a unit number, make sure to add a unit number.
You might have more issues so make sure to check the gudies and policies:
Hey, @247direct.com
Hope you are doing well!
Misrepresentation is one of the toughest Merchant Center issues because Google rarely points to the exact cause. I’d review your policies, contact details, and business information to ensure everything is complete and consistent.
