None of my Shopify pages or blog posts are indexing because of this issue showing up in Search Console. “http marked with canonical tag”. I think I found the issue, the sitemap is showing the http instead of the https. I just have no idea how to fix it. I’ve done a ton of research and can’t find a fix. I did notice that for some reason the sitemap in the search console shows kind of strange, it doesn’t break down “collections” “pages” “blog”. Do I have to submit each sitemap individually? The main issue is the HTTP though, I have no idea how to make the sitemap recognize the HTTPS.

Just for context, I am in the process of migrating my wordpress blog from a previous site. Not sure if this is part of the issue? Screenshots below.

I also noticed (last screenshot) that my SSL says its pending with Shopify. I did check my domain provider (Godaddy) and it does confirm my site is protected with a SSL cert.

Any help on how to get this indexing issue corrected would be great, thank you so much!!

Thank you so much for the info! So, nothing for me to do? Just wait? Do you know how long that usually takes to sort? I transferred the domain back on 11/1. Thank you!

Okay, it’s been 10 days since I transferred the domain. So is something wrong? Is there something I need to do?

I really appreciate the help, but how do you plan on digging in? I think I’d feel more comfortable with some instructions and I can try to figure it out. Thank you!
