Old products that you removed or deleted should be redirected to the most relevant product or collection. You should do this regularly to avoid 404’s. Redirects is in your navigation backend of shopify.

For wpm urls, there is nothing you can do. This was an issue on shopify site awhile back and they have fixed their side but you still might have these urls.
