I have my site map discovered but I cannot access or see the Index Coverage. This has been like this since setting up the shop and going live back in October, so there must be something I am doing wrong or have not completed.
My site is verified. The sites 229 urls have been discovered. But the See Index Coverage is not available. I have tried removing and recreating the property as well as removing and re-adding my sitemap.
It is just desperating… Sitemap “processed sucessfully”, says that more than 10,000 urls discovered, but none are indexed and “See Index Coverage” is not clickable. As you say, neither resubmitting sitemap or recreating property works. No changes after three weeks.
If I request manually one url to be indexed, it works for that url after a few hours… at a rate of one or two per day. Hopefully they don’t want me to index all urls like that.
For now, all I can do is wait.
Yes, it would be great if someone can help. If I come to something myself, I’ll share as well.
Index coverage not available: The page was found by Google, but not crawled yet. Typically, Google wanted to crawl the URL but this was expected to overload the site; therefore Google rescheduled the crawl. This is why the last crawl date is empty on the report.
When did you publish that page? sometimes "discovered, currently not indexed is a bit common thing for e-commerce sites as the sites are large and bots may take some time to crawl the pages (especially when the pages are new). If that’s the case then it’s either the quality of the entire site which is making bot to reluctant to crawl pages or the pages are not responding fast enough for crawling. As you have amp setup, I would suggest checking the amp setup if its correctly configured.
