Google Shopping Merchant Delivery Time Wrong

Hi,

I’ve got Google Ads Shopping Campaign set up for my store. I offer free delivery on the product I’m advertising which arrives to the customer in 2-3 working days after purchase.

However, on my ads, this delivery time is saying 8+ days.

My data for the Google Ads is being pulled through from my shopify store.

Any ideas how I can either remove the delivery time, and just have it saying ‘Free Delivery’, or make the delivery time accurate?

You can not remove Google Shopping Annotations. These are added based on AI.

If the dates are wrong, and the shipping settings submitted are correct. Then you need to submit shipping verifications: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/10834831?hl=en
