So we’ve been going through some tough times lately. Since June this year we have joined a program called Dropship Breakthru and watched videos meticulously (to the end of launch phase) and built a store, we even actually changed our niche late in the stage and built a new store that we are much more stoked on and proud of.
We built the website and then got to the point where we setup our Google accounts and then fed our products through via Simprosys. Boom… immediate issues. This was on Sept 11.
We were suspended for Misrepresentation immediately, even though our products generally had low level issues (like 3 of 52 had gtin errors etc).
Anyway, Google were very minimal in their offerings of why the suspension was issued and what specific violations were causing this. So we went through every inch of the policy and corrected things that were relevant to correct… most of which were irrelevant like SSL certs and reviews as we are brand new… and as I mentioned, we followed the DBST vids thoroughly. We watched Youtube vids on what to do etc etc. Google have imposed 2 further suspensions for the same thing each time we’ve ‘requested’ a review even though they only allow us to ‘disagree with the issue’ so we cannot even expand on what we’ve done to rectify.
So we tried and same thing happened on Bing even though I spent 2+ hours on the phone with a lovely lady creating our Ads account, but they emailed overnight indicating our Ads are blocked now and forever… making us literally feel like criminals. We have done everything transparent that we know of, have legit suppliers in writing and contracts, and our own original online store brand with transparent details lodged with Australian government departments and domains, tax – the whole kit.
Feeling such despair as it appears our journey is blocked and over before we even got to travel… it’s been a mental rollercoaster, the highs of learning the program and potential of growing and then the lows of dealing with seemingly AI or Algorithm blockage and terrible customer service. I am hoping to message with someone who has gone through this and can help provide advice on any way out of this mess.
